In cEvery1 we strive to improve the lives of everyone. We believe in the good nature of everyone. We are convinced that by unifying and lifting everyone we will be able to save the entire planet and everyone on it.
We work to combine the best technology and the best intentions of people to grow the biggest and best network of individuals and organisations - public and private - to achieve the most fruitful cooperation the world has ever seen, fully in compliance with the human rights and where people and every person on this earth can reach their fullest potential of happiness.
§ 2 Missions
Human rights are moral principles or norms, which describe certain standards of human behavior, and are regularly protected as legal rights in municipal and international law. They are commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being and which are inherent in all human beings regardless of their nation, location, language, religion, ethnic origin or any other status. They are applicable everywhere and at every time in the sense of being universal, and they are egalitarian in the sense of being the same for everyone. They require empathy and the rule of law and impose an obligation on persons to respect the human rights of others.
Women make up half the world's population. Yet both the history and the present show women being held down and out of reach of important decision making to change the world to the better - for themselves, those around them and for everyone. In cEvery1 we believe the best and most efficient way to change the world to the better is to empower the world's women to learn, appreciate, fight for, enjoy and spread the message of the women's rights as human rights.
In cEvery1 we strive to educate all human beings to become literate and to understand, value and hence strive for the achievement of the human rights - for everyone. The world is much divided because of the many languages used. In cEvery1 we strive for the world to communicate in one common language, English.
Finally, in cEvery1 we strive to lift everyone out of poverty and to excel their potential growing of wealth, to the advantage for themselves, the people around them and for everyone. One major facilitator for this is to offer every human being favourable funding needed to take one step up.
§ 3 Non-Profit Organisation
cEvery1 is a non-profit organisation which uses its surplus revenues to further achieve its purpose, rather than distributing its surplus income to the organisation's shareholders as profit or dividends.
§ 4 Memberships
Anyone can become member of cEvery1.
Members below their region’s legal age can also be members but will have to have their legal representative to be responsible for their actions within or behalf of cEvery1 - a separate, electronic approval form will be sent to such legal representative when needed (while purchasing, selling, hiring, funding, etc).
§ 5 Organisational levels
In cEvery1 we have the following organisational levels:
Global assembly meeting
National assembly meetings (1 per country)
National boards (1 per country)
County assembly meetings
Local assembly meetings
An organisational level may delegate part of its authority to an organisational level below itself. However, the responsibility remains with the delegating organisational level. The delegation remains until the end of the time stated or until the delegation is being cancelled.
An organisational level may overrule a decision made by an organisational level below itself if such decision is in conflict with decisions made by a higher organisational level being itself or higher. An organisational level May not overrule a decision made by a higher organisational level.
